WARRANTY


All Lunatik products come with 1-Year Limited Warranty. 

Lunatik products are made with care and covered for one year against manufacturing defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase of the product from Lunatik website. Lunatik does not warrant, and is not responsible for any smartphone or other device made by any manufacturer other than Lunatik. If a defect arises in the materials or workmanship warranted by Lunatik, Lunatik will replace that unit or part as long as it falls within the warranty constraints. Lunatik reserves the right to charge a shipping and handling fee in connection with the fulfillment of any valid claim. This Limited Warranty does not cover cosmetic wears, discoloring or other flaws due to normal use, accidents, improper use or modification to the product, which renders this warranty null and void. Products that have been altered or modified are not covered. Products used on YouTube (videos, reviews, tests, etc.) are not covered.

To claim the warranty, the buyer will need to furnish the Invoice as ‘proof of purchase’. Buyer may be asked to provide photo(s) and video(s) as proof that will help in faster resolution. Failing to provide any of these (if requested) will result in closure of claim.

GORILLA GLASS: Gorilla Glass screen protector on our phone cases is the hardest, most durable glass and 30% stronger than the normal tempered glass screen protectors. We’ve done extensive testing and, when installed properly, our Gorilla Glass case is a tank, built to withstand even the toughest drops and falls. That being said, it is not shatterproof. We stand by our products and we provide a one time free replacement for the full term of the warranty period. Shipping (standard or express) to be paid by the buyer.

DIY & MOVING PARTS: Any DIY hardware components and moving part on our cases like vibe switch, rotating crown, headphone port cover, charging port cover, screws, external screen protector, etc. if damaged, lost or induce wear and tear during the course of usage by buyer are not covered under warranty.

CUSTOMER INDUCED DAMAGE UNIT: If any defect/damage in the product or part were caused by misuse, neglect, accident, abuse, improper repair, alteration or modification by the buyer, or any act in violation of the original selling conditions of the product by Lunatik, such product is a buyer induced damage unit. Since the warranty has been voided by buyer’s actions, the replacement / warranty cannot apply.

DELAYED RETURN: If the buyer fails to return the defective unit within fifteen (15) business days from the day of accepting the claim will result in cancellation of the claim.

MISSING COMPONENTS: If the buyer fails to return the complete unit to Lunatik, the buyer will be notified to ship the missing parts within ten (10) business days. A failure to do so will permit Lunatik to cancel the claim.
