ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Once an order has been placed, it usually takes up to 1-2 business days for the order processing, packing and shipping. Orders are shipped from one of our Lunatik Distribution Center (IN/CN) by regular post (standard) or courier (express) unless otherwise specified. The Centers provide fulfillment services to 190 countries, shipping daily from our state of the art warehouses. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays.
We use reliable postal services for flat rate standard shipping throughout the globe. Due to the COVID-19 related restrictions and delays, we cannot guarantee a delivery timeline. The current estimated delivery time is anywhere between 15-25 business days or more. All orders use flat rate shipping with duties and taxes excluded for complete door-to-door service. Delivery time does not include processing and customs clearance time.

We use reputed courier services like DHL Express, FedEx, EMS, etc. for flat rate express shipping option. The current estimated delivery time to most countries is 3-8 business days due to COVID-19 related restrictions and delays. Please note that delivery time does not include processing and customs clearance time.
If one or more of the items in your order is out of stock, your order will not ship until all items are available. Once your order ships, you can access tracking information on your “my account” panel.
We won’t ship a product until it lives up to our impeccable quality standards that LUNATIK is known for, even if that means possible and unexpected delays with manufacturing and reliability/drop testing. Like all of our work, our focus is about making a precision product, not necessarily about taking the fastest route to market. To our loyal LUNATIK fans, we vow to deliver you the best product we possibly can and work tirelessly to deliver the product as soon as possible.
Orders that include pre-ordered products ship only after all items are available. For immediate shipping, order ‘available’ products in a separate order.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Depending upon your country, you may be charged for additional imports duties, taxes or other customs related charges. The customer is solely responsible for paying these local taxes/customs/duty/etc, if any. However, we try to take care of it (on request only) by mentioning minimum possible amount on the parcel, which should help the parcel to easily clear customs and reach you without any duty/taxes.
Choose Express Shipping option for an insured order. Please be aware that standard shipping does not guarantee delivery time. If you choose this method (standard shipping), Lunatik will not be able to refund, reimburse or resend packages that are delayed, lost or damaged. You assume full responsibility for your shipment once it leaves our facility. As much as our products love extreme weather condition, unfortunately shipping companies do not, we are unable to control shipping times, and especially during festive seasons.
Shipping through the standard shipping option does not include any insurance. We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or other type of damage caused to the parcel during the transport.
For international orders, we do not include the retail packing box. This helps us to cut unnecessary costs on shipping. Instead the product is carefully packed in a corrugated shipping box or in a bubble envelope with ample bubble wrap to avoid damage during transit.
If for any reason you fail to receive your parcel on time, or not present at the given delivery address, we will not be responsible and no refund request will be accepted. Make sure that you fill the address correctly, we will not be responsible for incorrect address delivery.
PROCESSING & SHIPPING DELAYS
During the holiday season, we receive an increased amount of orders. We are working around the clock to ensure that packages are shipped as quickly as possible. However, delays can occur. Please allow us extra 1-3 business days for processing time during the holidays.
Postal Services and shipping carriers around the world are also overwhelmed during the holiday season due to the massive increase in packages being shipped. The estimated delivery times stated on our website are only estimates and we cannot guarantee that you will receive your shipment by any certain date. Once your package leaves our warehouse, we unfortunately have no control over it. During the holiday season these shipping time-frames can often be longer.
Each year we take a few breaks to rejuvenate our mind and body, or to spend time with our friends and families living far from our work places. Out of all, we take a deserving Christmas break from 23rd Dec to 1st Jan. Hence all orders placed around this time are shipped on 2nd-3rd Jan.
Due to the ongoing crises, we are experiencing significant delays in order processing, shipping and delivery times. All the above estimates are tentative and may change time to time depending on the current pandemic situation. Please note, we are unable to cancel or modify orders placed online. Our packing materials and procedures may change or will be adopted according to the situation. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
