RETURN POLICY


All return, replacement and exchange requests are managed by Lunatik and are made pursuant to the Return & Replacement Policy set forth.

Returns are accepted only on one of following terms:

  • If the order is lost in transit
  • If the order is still in transit for over 90 business days
  • If the product is not as described (requires proof)
  • If the product ordered is sold out
  • If the product delivered is still unopened and can be sent back as received

Please note that we first offer exchange or replacement in all possible scenarios, and refund is only offered if Lunatik fails to provide a replacement. This return policy works in conjunction with our warranty, shipping, refund and resolution policies. Customer pays return shipping.


RESTOCKING FEES

  • We charge 16% restocking fee + original shipping amount for all accepted return orders.
  • Not applicable to any order falling under our replacement policy.

RETURN & PACKING INSTRUCTIONS

Return Packing:

  • Use a safe packing for hassle free return/replacement. We do not accept a damaged parcel.
  • Pack the product in new, unused and unaltered condition in original packaging, with all tags, booklets, manuals, labels, shipping invoice, tools, screws and retail box intact.
  • Small accessories can also be packed in a bubble envelope for safe returns.
  • Return address will be mentioned on return authorization letter sent to you via email, after accepting the replacement request.
  • Use a reliable and trusted courier company that provides a tracking number.
  • Leave a Note in Parcel: “This product has zero commercial value and I am returning the product to the seller.”
  • Declare the value of item as ‘zero (0)‘ while shipping and also mention on package that it is a return product parcel.
  • As soon as we receive the product back in original condition with above mentioned instructions, we’ll dispatch your return/refund as agreed.

If any physical damage or scratch is found (unless specified in communication email) on the original returned product / retail box / packaging, the replacement request will be immediately cancelled and no future communication will be entertained.
